I'm hoping the "I'm out" things are a joke or I'm very worried about having you in the league. There are going to be a lot of decisions coming up in the next few months. I'm sure all of us at one time or another are going to be dissapointed at the outcome of at least one of those decisions.

I don't want to go through a soap opera everytime we make a decision in order to keep someone happy.

I might be taking this too far, but this is the exact reason every MP league I've been in has turned into a disaster.
