I don't believe in religious signs, but . . .

This is kind of weird:

Even God hates Mel Gibson's Jesus movie...Yo Mel! The man upstairs is trying to tell you something!

Edit:

from the article: "Michelini was again carrying an umbrella, and standing next to Caviezel on top of a hill,"

DUH!

The film, which is spoken in Latin and Aramaic, has come in for criticism from some religious leaders. It portrays the last hours of Christ

Don't we already have movies out there about Jesus' last few hours alive? How about getting creative!

I am just amazed that they're still alive. Even futher, I'm amazed that after this 2nd attempt, that they're still working in the movie...

Depends on your perspective. Some would say that the movies we have on the subject are the ones that have been "creative" in their interpretation. I think that's why MG is pursuing this project.

No I mean how about doing a movie that hasn't been done before, rather then recreating a movie through your interpitation of the events.

What's more amazing is some guy getting struck by lightning once and not learning from that whole "standing at the top of a hill with a lightning rod" thing.

I can see God now: "It's not his time but I better warn him about being stupid like that so I'll wing him." .... "Dammit, doesn't this guy learn. One more warning shot. If he does it again, I'm breaking out the mesquite."

Because there are absolutely no other movies in the last few years to be derivative, right?

I would say another movie about Jesus' last few hours pales in comparison to the scads of derivative movies. Perhaps Ice was suggesting you point your venom towards the producers of Scary Movie Three, American Pie Three, Halloween 18, etc. rather than Mel Gibson.

Must be true......if the Monty Python team can make the life of Brian without this problem then god must really hate Mel Gibson.....of course he is Australian so at least God has a good reason
