When do I sell my trainee?
I'm a keeper trainer. These are my two current keepers. They have not aged yet.
Code:
I just promoted to IV.15, and I'd like to remain somewhat competitive. Here's the options I'm exploring: 1. Sell Harris (not sure when - but pretty soon). Cash in. Try to buy a new trainee (hard for me - I can't be online all the time to watch the sales). 2. Keep Harris. Stay competitive. Sell Sarria. Buy or pull new trainee. 3. Keep both until I can pull a decent trainee. Sell one or the other when I have a good trainee from my youth squad. Which option do you think is best? |

If you are a keeper trainer, I'd say sell Harris as soon as he pops to Brilliant (or whatever is after Formidable, I forget). Selling him before, you won't get as much money, and by that time, it'll be the new season again, and you'll probably make more money off of him anyways.

selling boris at outstanding will get ya around 2.2-2.5 million.
So you should be able to buy a nice trainee and upgrade your team a good bit with that money.

How long do you think it would take for him to pop to outstanding?

Sell Sarria as soon as he pops excellent and get the best 17 YO you can afford to replace him.
Sell Harris either at outstanding or brill, whichever you feel more comfortable with, depening on your financial needs. Again, get the best 17 YO you can afford. ![]() |

I agree with D-MAB, and think you should sell Harris at Brilliant just because he appears to have good form and Sarria poor form. Hopefully if you sell Sarria at Excellent and get a mid-high solid replacement he'll be up around formidable by the time you sell Harris. I like having my trainee be about 2 levels behind my starter so there isn't a big drop off after I sell but before I put that money to use on the rest of my team.
