GSG's Awards of Distinction
The GoldenScribes are returning soon, and it is time to start ridiculing that overblown production of our resident alien friend.
If you don’t know what the GoldenScribes are, you are either; 1) new to the FOFC 2) haven’t been around for awhile 3) very unobservant 4) or are a complete moron Here are links for those of you in categories 1 to 4 First Annual Golden Scribes Award Show The Finalists Thread GoldenScribeGuy's Guide to the Show I think it’s time for the first ever GoldenScribeGuy’s Awards of Distinction. Most annoying thread I Any thread that degenerated into a HM or wig* pity party Those were quite annoying. Shame on all of those FOFC members that egged these guys on. Thankfully they are banned now, never to bother us again. Most annoying thread II The “Threadkiller” thread Talk about inane ramblings. This thread was for people that were a) very bored, b) very drunk or c) very insecure (let’s build up our post count for absolutely no reason. I’m glad it finally died. Too bad, “Son of Threadkiller”, “Grandson of Threadkiller” and “Threadkiller’s second cousin twice removed” keep popping up every so often. Best dynasty thread title The Afoci for A Crawfish For Every Man, Woman, Child and Dog. And Peanut Butter. I don’t understand it, but it still gets my vote. Most surprising thread. Ever. SkyDog for Ouch!!! aka My anus is burning. Did anyone click on that particular SkyDog thread and expect to read about burning anuses (or is that ani?) I never thought I would need to know the plural of anus. My goodness man; What were you thinking?
