OOTP5 Question
Ok, I am having a problem with 5.13 with coaches/scouts. It seems that the file that creates coaches and scouts has been moved or something. I get no scouts in my game and I can sign any (even in manager mode). Am I right in assuming that it should be in the Create folder? I made some modifications in which i added logos, pictures, and real rosters to that file?

I have a file named "coaches.dat" in my create folder.
