Need menu help for WinXP Pro

When going to "All programs" in the menu list, how can I add a folder to the "all program" list so that I can organize my files? Thanks in advance.

Put a new folder on the desktop, and drag it to the start menu->all programs->to where you want it. That's one way, I'm sure there are others.
