Our good friend Taco has made a city editor we should be able to use to make any essential changes to starting cities.

This may have been addressed already, but since it looks like we will be able to modify city information, do we want to have a standard city setup for all cities so that the "playing field" is level? And if we did, would we have to "reset" this every season? I think values such as population, growth rate, poverty rate, etc. are modified each season. Perhaps a poll?

Edit: Make sure you put the file in your FOF2K4Demo folder or else it won't work for ya...
