New User Questions

Guys,

I'm an avid NFL fan from the UK, and have just invested in FOF 2004. Couple of questions....

1. Do you run the game with "Call your own plays" On or off?
2. When does draft scouting start?

For therecord I think this year is shapiong to be the best year I can remember for NFL. I follow the Giants, but am hoping the chiefs go 16-0....possible?

Welcome to the board!

1) I just simulate the games, I don't call plays or even watch the game simulate itself. Everyone plays differently though.

2) You don't have to scout for the draft in the game. When it is time for the draft, a draft window will appear that has all the relevant info you need.

3) Cheifs 16-0? Possible, they still have Denver and Minnesota on the schedule.

1 - I don't call the plays or watch the game, but as Sloan pointed out, some folks do. Check it out and see if it's something the like.

2 - The first view of prospective draftees is right before free agency starts. You can view the players who are available for the draft and then plan free agency around that.

The Chiefs? Who cares. It's all about the Cowboys!!!

Not possible if you consider their eventual loss to the Bengals this week.

I think the Chiefs will slip up somewhere along the way. Denver and Minnesota both could be threats. But I think they're better than both, and the rest of their schedule is pretty weak. They definitely have a reasonable chance to go 16-0.

Beating Denver in Denver will be quite a task for Kansas City, but who knows, maybe it'll happen. That would give quite a boost to an already boosted NFL.
