Dante or Monty Hall??
Is it just me or after I patched, Dante Hall still has zeros for kick and punt returns? This happened in either my continued career or a new career with the real player file that was posted here a number of days ago. I see his counterpart, Kevin Dylla in the original player file is maxed out on returns, but not the real player file.
Is there a way to correct this, that I am not aware of? Or is a new real player file in the works? Sorry if I missed the prior fix and I am wasting everybody's time. |

I haven't installed the patch, but if this is true it is disappointing. This was the biggest bug in my opinion and should not have been ignored.

It's not really a bug with the game, but I think with the real player file, which Jim is not officially connected with. I am not that upset because I always welcome the extra work done by those on the board, like Primelord with the real player file. I am willing to wait for a fix to the real player file, just want to know if I missed it already.

You have to use the .csv file posted on here earlier and then convert it to the .fdt format with the player file generator, then everything is fine.
-or- email me and I'll send you the corrected file. [email protected] Todd Last edited by MizzouRah : 11-22-2003 at 05:09 PM. |

Dola,
It's the same with Buchannon on the Raiders. Gianetti, his original player file counterpart rated very high in punt returns, but in real player file (my current career or new career) he is a zero. |

Go HERE , download the .csv file (which is the equilvant to the .fdt file, but in csv (excel) format).
Open up the 'player file generator' (in your fof 2004 directory), select the 'generate player file' button, then navigate to the .csv file you downloaded. Select where you want the converted .fdt file to go, and you're done. I put it on my desktop, then renamed it to players.fdt and renamed the original players.fdt to playersold.fdt (from within the fof 2004 directory), copied it into the fof 2004 folder and now everytime you start a new career, you'll have real players. Check Dante Hall, he has his excellent punt and ko ratings. Todd |

It works! Thanks Mizzou! Appreciate the help. I was looking forward to playing before, but now, look out! All of you guys here are a great help.
As a Nebraska alum, I promise to cheer for Mizzou to win out and take the Big 12 north (esp. since the Huskers are sunk). Good luck against K State. |
