Anyone have or making a coach's File?

i just searched around for one last night. I hope this is possible!

not as far as I know. I believe coaches are created within each career, independent of a file.

Perhaps someone could write a script that would write over the coach portion of the save game file that would copy normal coaching info into it, but not sure if that's possible.
