I'm playing the demo, deciding whether I should buy this game or not, and I couldn't find any players on the Steelers that were "mentors." Where would it say that they are?
And a low volitily(sp?) means that the person is more consistent, right? |

I think mentors only appear in the game when you are playing with personalities activated, with affinities and conflicts and stuff. Did you activate that when you started the game? Otherwise you'd see that on each player's card, somewhere in the middle.

High volatility indicates a more significant chance that the player will boom or bust.

I don't think mentors show up until the second season. When SD first noticed them I went looking for some on the Cowboys in my dynasty. There were none to be found, but I was still in the first year. Once year two started I went searching again and found a couple of them...
