"QB Style" is something I have rarely/never looked at up to now, but I'm beginning to wonder if it makes a difference at all. From what I can tell, the "Style" is not necessarily ratings-based. For example, Arizona's QB, Kyle Bower, is rated 74 in long passes, 94 in deep passes, but 69/57/59 in screen/short/medium. Nevertheless, his QB Style is "Short Passes." Does this mean he gets an extra, non-ratings-based boost when throwing short passes? As I said before, this is something that I largely have ignored up to now, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something.
Thoughts?

I think that it indicates his preference.

Much like SkyDog, I basically hadn't thought about this until recently. My best guess is that FFF just nailed it. |
