OT: Smooth scrolling?
After finally biting the bullet and reinstalling Windows I find that scrolling on the screen hurts my eyes because it is extremely choppy. I think this is an issue related to my video card but does anyone have any ideas? I was also thinking perhaps it had something to do with a smooth scrolling feature I neglected to activate somewhere on my computer. Any help greatly appreciated.
