While we're doing shameless self-promotion...

My new science fiction novel has become available for pre-order. Official release is later this month.

Check it out if you want. No pressure. Just wanted to share the good news with FOFC.

Nice, lots of artists poping here today seems we aren't just lazy adults playing kids games.
Congratz on the new novel and good luck with it.

I was going to buy your book, then I saw the ads underneath it for this:

"Swamp Witch Piquante and Scream Queen Bisque(Over a Bed of Rice) by M.F. Korn
Genre: Horror.
Two tales to delight Korn lovers. Includes the novellas "The White Trash Witches Coven" and "Pavane for a Scream Queen". "

How can I pass that up?

I never looked at you that way.

At least, I never realized you were an adult.

As someone who has gotten a chance to read some of Darren's work, I have to say - he is an extrememly promising up-and-coming writer.

I am really looking forward to his first book...

Hmmm. I wonder if I could repackage the Bill Gates Challenge, add some pictures, and make one million dollars...

Congrats on getting published!

This is my first published novel. It is like 12 or 13 in the order I wrote them. I just submit, write another one while I wait to hear from the publisher, and then (almost inevitably) submit again.

This one sat around about three years after I wrote it before it got accepted.

It doesn't begin:

At midnight, Robert Johnson walked to the crossroads, and met up with the devil.

Does it?

Nope, but the one I'm working on right now has a character who lives in a rough and tumble neighborhood they call Quiksand.

It's an homage. Really.

dola...

This is not a shameless, pimping bump (really), but a minor update to the available information. Official release date is now 12/29.

There's an excerpt on the site if you want to check it out.
