Option #2.... it's hard to fire a guy who took a team to a 10-6 season in today's NFL. Especially with the injury to Fiedler.
He should remain coach, but definitely never should have been GM. I don't like him, personally, I think he's a terrible coach, but being 10-6 this year doesn't merit a firing.
