Thumbs up Is it January?

71 degrees here in Missouri today! Are you kidding me? I'm getting ready to take the motorcycle for a spin.

Also a good day to take the lights down, clean the garage, and rent Prince of Persia.

Same thing here in Indianapolis, only it's wet, or I'd go play basketball.

We're supposed to be around 78-80 for the next few days. This weather blows donkey balls. I want cold, and I want it now.

Cold = Bad

78-80? Wow, my wife would be laying out sipping a Pina Colada.

I think you meant some GLOWING reviews, but the more I try to picture a glaring review, the more I'm laughing. Well-done UIC!

But you need to take into consideration the other months here. It will be over 100 by the end of April.

Right now its - 13 F and overnight it got down to - 22 F. For my canadian friends -25 and -30 C. I looked out my window for 10 minutes this morning and didn't see a damn thing move. All the birds that have not flown south yet were sitting in bushes all puffed up. Nobody was out and about.

We were at 66 yesterday in Lawrence- it was grand.

Today, I'm watching snow march across the state on the satellite

As for Prince of Persia, that reminds me: I have a thread to make.

I was at the Cotton Bowl yesterday and it was beautiful. Weather in the high seventies, sunny, absolutely great. But I'm sure that in two weeks we'll have a nasty ice storm and it will get nice and cold again...
