Does any winger trainer think I could get 100k for this dude?

If not, I may very well keep him on as a backup winger and sell off my current backup who is a passable winger/inadequate passer...

I would train him. Yeah you could make some money right now, but you could make a ton of money in a season or so, when you sell him off as a formidable, or even better, in two seasons, when you sell him off as a brilliant playmaker... Sometimes a team will just pay the big bucks to get some midfield, without the secondaries... He could be very nice on your B team, maybe even helping you out play an extra round in the cup next season...

Train him, Hulsey!

Any hoo, I pulled a 20 year old solid keeper. I may keep him and sell my excellent, as there's not much difference between the two. A few weeks of training is all, really.

i haven't had a good youth pull in 1.5 seasons if not 2.5.. I think i've had maybe one guy over 25k value..

it doesn't piss me off till I hear someone say they pulled 5 solid players in a row or some shit.. I've only pulled 2-3 players ever.. in 5 seasons? grrrrrrrrrr

so this week I got a 9k POS.. with weak defending..

Another piece of shit keeping my string of season long garbage pulls in line. I'm really losing interest in this game especially when one of my main rivals just sold ANOTHER youth pull for $ 1 million dollars. The guy has had his team for over a year and just figured out he needed a midfield to compete, but the game keeps blessing him with ways to rectify his mistakes while I sit around waiting for a player with ANY sort of skills to use.

If I get beat for the series title AGAIN this season by a team who has better TS than me and nothing else, or by the guy with the magic touch, I'm just going to quit the game.

Bummer dude. I've had a number of pieces of junk, but finally got some redemption today. It's breaks, and sometimes they don't go your way. Chin up, mate!

HT just makes you keep coming back for more.
Let the other guy promote possibly, then you can win your series with little or no competition. Course, I have no idea what your series is like.

My series is the 3rd-5th hardest in all of division 5, with 3 teams that can break 80 NSI's with a home MOTS, and a 4th that's put up a 71 this season as his high. It's not about just letting one guy out and going 14-0 the following season like in a lot of the other D5 groups out there.

The guy that gets million dollar pulls every season demoted 2 years ago and didn't even win the series title last season because he can't manage a team. The squad that won last year has a passable/inad/passable attack, but wins all his games because he PICs the whole season with a good coach and has high TS and therefore midyear all year long. The odds of any of us autopromoting is slim to none since there are 4-6 losable games every season, and it's just not fun when you lose ground to a team with less talent because of a stupid lucky break, or a system that rewards midfield strength if you PIC all 16-20 games you play in a year.

Excellent YS has produced 1 player this season that sold for over $100K.

My wife on the other hand has pulled a solid keeper and now a solid defender along with a couple passable's this season. She has had the most luck I've ever seen with Youth Pulls so far, can you name anyone else that pulled a Solid Keeper with a weak YS?

That value is impressive for a guy with passing as his only skill above inadequate.

My only guess is that PM and Winger skill brings that value up.

Huh, not horrid, but not 17 either. What kind of resale value would I get out of this guy? Maybe 10k?

I sold a passable PM passable passing IM for 65,056 recently. I'd only assume you could get at least 40,000 out of that player. Same age, and my IM's lack of stamina should have hurt him.

**I'm thinking he will start as a winger in my friendlies and get the 50% PM training. See what I can do with him.

I think he's ready to pop everywhere, if you train playmaking, winger, or even defending I'd keep him around a week or two

GOLDEN YOUTH PULL!!!

From my first week @ solid youth squad

This is the player to beat all player. This is a franchise player than will put my team on the map!

But due to managements lack of vision and forsight, a pending litigation between said player and the Franchise is due to appear in major news shortly.

probably not 200k, wingers usually don't get sold very high and his secondaries are weak.
