OT- ROMS My Oh MY

You can call me a rookie, but I had no idea that you cane emulate NES/SNES/GEN/Etc. games on your PC. I know the disclaimer that says you have to own the game. Anyway, I just started playing Tecmo Bowl, which I have owned every version. It is pretty sweet.

My question is this. Are there good websites to download other ROMS? I would really like to play Baseball Stars or the first Madden. I appreciate your help.

Nothing really. I don't know of any Home of the Underdogs like site for roms as the console makers are pretty aggressive at shutting them down. Think of them as more rolling card games than casinos. There's good ones out there but there's no permanent links.

Try doing a google search for emulators, roms and the system of choice. Doing this should get you a bunch of bs sites but a few really good ones. Has worked for me in the past.

Aye, I felt a simple PM works better than running the risk of running afoul of the mods

Thanks for the help. I found baseball stars. Off to the store in a few hours to get a new PC controller.

And make sure thwat you don't use BT or the file sharing program that starts with a 'K' to download hundreds of ROMS and MAME (in order to play emulated arcade games easily). Those places just too easily thwart these console companies that wouldn't mke a red cent off of these games as they are, mostly, no longer produced anyway.
