How bad will a disastorous stamina hurt a trainee?

It's according to what position he plays. If it is say a middie, if he could normally get 3 stars if he had excellent stamina, he'll get 1.5 - 2 with disastrous.

17 yr old passable playmaker with horrid stamina is getting me .5 stars a game. He's solid now, maybe he'll bump to a whole star.

Yeah, I'm bringing 3 new trainees in at the beginning of next season and I'm dreading having to train stamina at least 2 offseasons after that.

Thanks guys. I didn't buy him. I wasn't sure at the time and from your discriptions I was probably better off not doing it.
