New Coach
Now, My coach just dropped in leadership from inadequate to weak.
I've been considering buying a new coach. The best I could do right now, is recruit a coach at highest level of solid exp w/ passable leadership. (755k). The solid/solid combo costs 1.55mil. Should I go for the solid/passable coach or look for a well experienced player with solid leadership and keep him on the team until I can make him a coach?

Actually solid/solid costs 2.5 mil, solid/passable costs 1.7 mil, and solid/inad costs 1.1 mil if you recruit externally.

Personally, I bought a solid/inad coach and I haven't had any complaints.

Tony, you've got things turned around. That's $757,100 for a passable/solid leadership coach. It will cost in the range of $1.7 million for a solid/passable leadership coach. |

I don't know how much they are this season, but to get a solid/solid *player* to turn into a coach last year cost me $600K and then it costs another $500K or something like that to convert. Probably costs more now with the new economy. Or, you could try to snag a pass/solid player for significantly less and hope he pops but that only works if you have a spot for a starter with his stats.

My coach dropped to poor leadership so I also plan to get a new coach as soon as I can. I currently have a player that has passable experience with solid leadership. So I'm going to play him in both leagie and cup matches next season so he can get that extra level. I've always wanted a solid/solid coach

By the way, TP . . . I don't know if or when they'll fix it but when Frogger's winger/coach-trainee broked, he converted him to a coach. He healed. If they don't fix it soon, that might be an option for you the next time Batista breaks.
