Shadow President Help
Alrighty, with the recent thread on Political sims, I rekindled my interest in shadow president, now freeware. I downloaded all the files, and set them up like the guys at the-underdogs tell you to. When I try to open the manual(to get quotes for verification), It says it needs the letter of my main drive for temp folders. I enter C, and it says invalid and quits. By the way, it is DOS, and the actual game opens properly. Any suggestions, or does anyone have the manual? Thank you.

I believe the manual is also available at underdogs..

I got further than that, but it froze up after the copy protection cleared.

I don't have the answer, but I tried to download Balance of Power from there, and the game done locked up on me after opening.

You don't need the actual quote, you can type in anything when it asks you the question at startup.
Game worked fine for me which was surprising. Been playing it off and on. |
