Top Scorer Battle

I am trying for one of my forwards to win the league's leading scoring title. Its a tight race with my forward with 17 and another team's forward having 16.
Obviously I know I can play attack in the middle to try to get more center attacks. But my question deals with set pieces. My normal set piece taker has a solid skill. This forward has a passable skill.

Would my forward get more goals on the receiving end of corner kicks while this forward is not the set piece taker, or him being the set piece taker at passable skill and getting goals from pentalty kicks? Any thoughts?
