I'm not looking for "rules of the game" but instead an OFFICIAL site that explains trading and free agency and the draft(s) etc etc.

I tried finding that stuff before. I'm sure it must be out there, because it's the Internet and all, but I never did find it when I was looking for it.

All that stuff is covered and detailed in the baseball collective bargaining agreement, and apparently, baseball guards the rules of that with some zeal.

I think baseball will actually send you a copy of it if you ask, but I'm not sure if they require anything for it. Good luck.
