I'm auto-promoting to IV this week...thing this guy should stick around for the next season, or should I go for someone else?

experience means something when turning a player into a coach...other than that it doesn't have any effect (i am pretty sure about that)
leadership does help with maintaining team spirit...but unlessyou have a ton of money I would wait to upgrade his leadership. |

No, you'd need to hire a completely new coach. Cant train coaches up
