So whenever we play our little dealers choice home poker game, whenever there is a 7 card game dealt we have the "tommy tutone" rule in effect. If your 7 cards are exactly 8,6,7,5,3,Q,9 (queen for the zero), you win the pot. It hasn't happened yet, but surely some day...
