I don't know about others, but I have noticed a HUGE reduction in the number of unwanted calls I have received since being put on this list.

I thought I read that phone companies and political groups (the most active telemarketers) were exempt from regulation anyway?

Since the fines are quite large for violating the list, It doesn't surprise me.
Now if we could only get something that WORKS like that for email.
