How do i get patch for FOF

I go into download and let extract but maybe Im missing something becuase i still get version 5.b on my game

If you download the Rev C exe file, and run it from say your desktop, it should patch the game, and you will be ready to go.

well all it seems to do is download the whole thing, is there just one file I need to extract or for the sake of my dumdness just tell me step by step f u could because this does not seem like any other patch I have did for fof

download the whole thing. Execute the file and it will ask you if you want to reinstall -- say yes. Make sure you specify to reinstall it into the same directory as you had it before. That is the way you patch this game.

Just as yabanci says here, download it all, say to the desktop. Click on the exe file and it will ask if you want to reinstall. Say yes, make sure it goes to the same directory as the old install, and you will be ready to go.
