Aight, I've bought a lot of players and avoided asking what yall thought of them because I knew what I thought about them. But I'm confused about what I should think here.

~~Bought for $500,000.

Henry Larsson (2657386)
27 years, passable form, healthy
A sympathetic guy who is fiery and upright.
Has solid experience and weak leadership abilities.

Speciality: Head

Nationality: Sverige
Assessed value: 134 000 US$
Wage: 1 668 US$/week including 20% Bonus

Stamina: excellent Goaltending: wretched
Playmaking: inadequate Passing: poor
Winger: excellent Defending: weak
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: weak

....I was merely exploring the Winger market yesterday and threw out the bid to see how it would go... and got him. Very odd....

Any one care to suggest the value of wingers in general also? If I consider replacing the other side also.. which I probably won't do.

First impression is pretty expensive. Although I'm not very into the winger market, I'd say you coulda get something with more passing or playmaking for that money.

He does have solid experience, how does he perform star-wise?

I think you over paid. I have been watching excellent wingers with inadequate playmaking for several weeks now and they typically go for 250-300K. I have been looking at younger guys (17-20), so they typically do not have excellent stamina and of course have much lower experience. In terms of market value, youth and experience are roughly equal and your guy is not a good candidate for a future coach. The stamina and the head speciality will drive the market value up some, but I don't think it would nearly double it.

Interesting. What a bizarre player.

Looking into it the player I bought it from is a daytrader who purchased the guy for 460k previously. ALSO, he has NEVER played winger. Without going way far back he has been playing wingback offencively and getting three stars. Funny stuff. I hope he is low passable form, because his value sucks.

Looked at transfer market to try to cheer me up. Found this guy going for 510k in Sverige. (w/ a bid sitting at 510k)

i agree with masked... it think you overpaid some. But in solid form he might pull 4 stars, so its not a huge overpay.

Excellent Winger eh? I have to watch myself now

I'd offer to say something about the pickup, but I know nothing about wingers, so I'll just mosey on out of this thread.
