OT PBEM Soccer League

Alright,

I am running a soccer PBEM and I am looking for 14 teams. It's a small commitment (Sending orders in once a week).

It's easy, I am using the FSL simulator. I doubt you have heard of it, i found it with a lot of digging on the web.

Anyways, a base site is up at http://www.sportssims.com/ISL

Click the How To Join link and follow the instructions if you are interested in Joining.

You will get a random generated team, and I hope to start by March 4th.

Thanks

Woot! Ohmslaw of FOFC did this years ago - was lots of fun.

Will there be a limit as to how many press releases a team may have?

I'll be in if there's room.

The old Ohmslaw league was a lot of fun and looked like it was going to take off before he had to quit it.

No limits to PR's.

Also, I have populated the teams, and it is set to go. However, I still have 5 openings, but the AI is decent as far as setting their lineups.

Anyways, those who have signed up will be receiving an e-mail from me tonight.

Thanks

A few questions from someone who hasn't played this before:

1) the rules say speed can't be trained, but the orders example has both 'ps' and 'sp' listed. Which is right?

2) How do you post a press release?

3) Are there to be other sources of income like gate receipts?

4) If you cut a player, is his entire salary deducted from your costs?

5) When can we begin making offers to FAs?

6) If two players make an FA offer, who gets him?

7) Having a squad of precisely 18 is important for training. If you make an FA offer, will there be time to cut another player, or do you have to offer and cut and hope the guy signs?

Thanks
