Transferring franchise to new PC ?
Hi,
I have just bought a new PC and am going to use my second e-license to install my FOF2004 onto it, but I would love to be able to continue my current FOF2004 franchise and wonder if it is possible to transfer my current franchise to my new PC once I have installed FOF2004 again, and continue from where I left off. Thanks, Kevin. |

I believe just copying your "universe" folder over will do it, but don't know for sure since I've not tried it. Maybe someone w/ experience can confirm or correct this.

Thanks for the info guys. I was hoping it would be as simple as this.
Cheers, Kevin. |

note: the FAQ says you should copy the files in the old universe directory into the new universe directory, as opposed to copying the directory itself over the new directory.
