Boxing Part 2 - Interactive Dynasty, Sign up here
A thought occured to me.
![]() To make the boxing dynasty interesting I will put anybody who signs up into the game, similar to all those other sign up dynasties going around. Provide me with the following information: First Name: Last Name: Nickname: Handed (Left or Right): Nationality: Optional: If you want to pick your own trainer and cut man.//otherwise they will be randomly assigned. Trainer: Cutman: Now, since the ratings in this game are pretty complicated, all you have to do is pick a letter from A-Z. You can pick the same letter as somebody else, but I suggest everyone mixing it up. I will create your attributes based on this letter according to a pre determined plan, and then I will tell you about yourself. As soon as you are created, you will start in the rotation of fights, and try to work yourself up the rankings. Occassionally, and often until I can get fighters with over 10 fights, you will be randomly entered into tournaments, just to build fight experience. Feel free to challenge other FOFC members and real fighters that are similar in rank to you. I am not going to let everybody get a title shot off the bat, you will have to work your way up the rankings. I will also open up other titles.

Jace Hunter is a well rounded boxer. He has the ability to slug it out or box with a unique style. His chin is solid, but can be susceptable to a knockout against a good fighter. He has a very good resistance to cuts. He is fairly aggressove and while not a perfect finisher, he has a decent killer instinct. His defense is a bit below average. He is known to foul quite a bit, especially when he feels backed into a corner, or if all hope seems lost.
Potential: A Top 15 ranking

Last Name: Gonzalez Nickname: The Assassin Handed: Righty Nationality: Mexican Letter: X David is another boxer who can slug it out or box a finesse fight depending on the opponent. He is does not pack the most powerful punch, but he likes to wear down his opponent. Great resistance to cuts and he recovers good from tough spots. He is not the most aggressive fighter, nor does he always go after the kill when he has his man in trouble. His game plan rarely changes no matter what the situation is. He is a very clean fighter. Most of his punches land for 2 points rather than three, but don't be fooled because when the situation calls for it, he can clean your clock. Potental: Top 15 Ranking

First-Kyle
Last-Kappe Nickname-Dutch Mafia Handed-Ambedextrious? (Or right) Nationality-Dutch Letter-K Kyle is a true boxer in every sense of the word. He has one of the sweetest boxing style I have ever seen in an up and comer. While not a power guy, he will still get some knockouts. His chin is like no other and it is tough to put him on the mat. He does not cut easily. His endurance is top notch. His defense is almost impossible to break through. He is one of the smartest in ring fighters since Muhammad Ali. He can fight inside or out. Great killer instict. Really, the total package. Potential: UHC Champion, Hall of Famer, The potential is there to be the next Ali, or maybe even better!

Mike "Blade" Tokunaga.
Mike is a slugging type of fighter, and he has a bit more success against other sluggers as a opposed to a finesse boxer. He has some great knockout power, and will end some fights early. He has a solid chin, so he is not easy to knockdown or out. He has a pretty good killer instinct and knows what to do when his opponent is on the ropes. He is known to occassionally foul when things are not going his way. Potential: Top 10 Ranking, Possible Top 5 Ranking, Possible title contender.

Trainer: Angelo Dundee Cutman: Freddie Pacheco Letter: B if not already taken, then C Yellope is a slugging type boxer, but he doesn't have a ton of power. He just knows how to use what he has. He has great control against either type of fighter, slugger or boxer, so he never has a bad matchup. Very solid chin. Great resistance to cuts. His agressivness and killer instinct is second to none. Great endurance. Only an average defense. Not the smartest guy in the ring. Clinches a lot. Fouls very frequently. Potential: Top 5 Ranking, Possible UHC Champion, possible Hall of Famer, very long shot but possibly one of the greatest ever.

First Name: Timmy
Last Name: Kings Nickname: "Thunder" Handed (Left or Right): Right Nationality: USA Letter: T Timmy is a slugger. He has incredible control vs. either a boxer or a slugger, and performs even better against boxers. Terrific power as well. He is a bit susceptible to a knockdown, but normally is able to get up. It is tough to knock him out. Very aggressive and a decent killer instict. Excellent endurance. Pretty lousy defense. Slow starter. Decent ring smarts. Loves to fight from the inside. Clean Fighter. Potential: Top 15 ranking, possible top 10, outside shot at a title reign.

Jobu
Eckman "The Suckpuppy" Right handed German Letter = J Jobu is a slugger through and through. He tends to fight better against other sluggers. There won't be many, or probably any fighters with a more powerful punch than he has. He has a solid chin and is resistant to cuts. His killer instinct is awesome. In fact, he love to hurt his opponent and when they are on the ropes, he attacks. He is also very aggressive. His endurance is a bit low. His ring smarts are lacking. He loves to get inside and fight, but when forced outside he struggles a lot. He always goes for the knockout when he can. He fouls frequently. He is a dirty fighter. Potental: Top 15 rankings, possibly top 10. some chance of a title reign, but not likely.

First Name:Jason
Last Name:Wood Nickname: Shotgun Handed (Left or Right): Right Nationality: USA Cutman: Al Gavin Trainer: Eddie Futch Letter - S Jason is a slugger, and he is damn good at it. His power is unbelievable. You let your guard down for a second and the next thing you see will be a hospital bed. Wha tis amazing is that Jason has great control against boxers and sluggers, so he can beat anyone, anywhere, anytime. His chine is about as solid as can be. His one problem is that he cuts easily. However, he can take a lot of punishment and still go on. He is aggressive and has a killer intinct that is second to none. Another weakness is his defense. He tends to leave himself open quite a bit. His ring smarts are about average. He loves to fight inside but struggles when forced to fight from the outside. He fouls frequently as he is a dirty fighter. Potential: Top 5 Ranking and almost surely will have a Title Regin, Possibility to be a Hall of Famer and one of the greatest of all time!

Last Name: Amrev Nickname: Preperation H Handed (Left or Right): Right Nationality: USA Letter - H Neuq can slug it out or box if he has to. He does a bit better against boxers rather than sluggers. His power is outstanding, if he can land the punch, which he has trouble doing. his chin is below average and he will be on the canvas more than most fighters. He cuts, but not that often. He does not absorb punishment like a great fighter could. His killer instinct is pretty good and he is fairly aggressive. His endurance is decent. His defense is below average. He is a slow starter. His ring smarts are above average. He fights just as well from the inside as the outside. He does know when to go for the knockout. He seldomly fouls. Potential: Possibly a top 30 fighter. Remote chance of being in the top 20. Doubtful he will ever wear any sort of belt.

Last Name: Catalan Nickname: "Cobra" Handed (Left or Right): Right Nationality: Mexico Letter - R Ignacio is a slugger. He fights great against both sluggers and boxers, but is much more comfortable against other sluggers. His has a lot of power, but at times he will face more powerful guys. A solid chin. great recovery skills and great resistance to cut. He has a great killer instinct. There are times when he looks bad after taking some punishment though. Endurance and defense are big problem for him. He is a relatively fast starter. Average ring smarts. Great at fighting either inside or outside. He never seems to know when to cover up though. He fouls very seldomly. Potential: Top 15-20, possibly even top 10. Possiblt title reign for one of the federations belts. Probably never UHC champ.

Average killer instinct and aggressiveness. Average endurance. Above average defense. Very good ring smarts. He fights better inside, but is proficient from the outside as well. He seldomly fouls. Love to counterpunch. Potential: Top 25-30 fighter. Possibly top 20. Not likely to win a title, but should be a consistantly good boxer.

There is enough randomness involved here that can make you about 10 spots better or worse than I am prediciting. I am also trying to develope a system where your ratings can increase or decrease based on fight results, so that some of the bad fighters can improve, and some of the top fighters can decline. I have not worked out a fair system yet, but when I do, I will let you all know and give a scouting report when something changes in your ratings.

dola, the game rates fighters on a 1-15 scale. I am testing a system where if a fighter wins 2-3 fights in a row, with at least one of them being against a better opponent, their overall rating will rise 0.5 to 1 point, and a belt will make them go up 1 full point, but only a max of 2 over their career.
Losing a belt or losing 2-3 fights in a row will have the opposet affect, with a maximum of a 2 point drop, but not to go below 10 overall. The reason for the 10 is that 99% of the fighters that I am using are rated between 8-15. So even an 8 fighter is good in the history of boxing, but not good in this small sample size.
