Yes, we would like to hear. I just have memories of him from NBA Live

They're not very good...

In the big country, dreams will stay with you.
Like a lovers voice, across the mountainside.

I just bought a few Big Country CDs to replace long lost albums.

Another example of the cosmic unconciousness.

heh. this is in response to the post on my blog, I assume?

Bryant Reeves wasn't the brightest bulb while at Oklahoma State, but he was one of the nicest athletes I've ever seen. There are no athletic dorms per se at OSU, but all of the athletes do live in one dorm (along with other students). I had the dubious pleasure of living in Bennett with the athletes.

One afternoon in February as I was sitting in the lobby, I saw this little boy, no more than four or five, wander up to Big Country as he was trying to get to his room. This was his senior year, so he was a pretty popular guy. As this little boy walks up to him, Bryant stops what he's doing, leans waaaaaayyy down, picks the kid up, and lifts him over his head. The kid is giggling, his older brother is smiling, mom and dad are thrilled.

Anyway, he must have spent about ten minutes just talking to the family before heading on his way. I still think that's the best interaction I've ever seen between an athlete and a group of fans.

Yup.

Nice story. I was always a fan of his since I have some family in Stillwater and therefore am a semi-OSU fan. It's too bad that he never really panned out in the NBA, though...

Thanks Cam.
