"Hattrick is currently down because of some performance problem with the current hardware configuration. We're trying to fix them. The site will go up and down all Thursday night (HT-Time). All transfers tonight have been extended 24 hours."

This only frustrates me because it happened 15 minutes before a guy I was bidding on came to a bidding end. After the dismal performance of my regular striker on Wednesday (not the formidable I just bought), I decided a better striker was in order so I had my eye on an excellent striker/passable passing player. GRRRR.

Sorry, just had to vent.

ha, it sounds like the same guy i was looking at. was he unpredictable as well?

I don't remember off the top of my head.

He was in the US. That's about all I know for sure.

oh i think my guy was in another country. but my guy was only for around 360k at the time. with the extra time, im sure he will go up a lot more.
i got a USA midfielder with excellent stanima, excellent playmaking, inad passing with powerful speciality for 475k before they bumped the extra day. i was the only guy that bid on him

Damn you're lucky.
And thankfully you weren't after my player, since it's so dang hard for me to find players that meet my needs from the US sometimes. We'd have had to take it outside.

It took me a while to realize why all the players were finishing deadlines on the fifth--heh.

i ended up also getting a excellent scorer/poor passing with unpredictable speciality for 350k last night. but he wasnt from the US

IT WENT DOWN FOR "10 MINUTES" ACCORDING TO THE GUY ON THE HAMMOCK.
SO IT EITHER WENT DOWN RIGHT AFTER THE BIDDING WAS OVER (AND I'D ALREADY BEEN LOCKED OUT OF HATTRICK) OR CAME BACK RIGHT WHEN IT WAS ENDING AND EITHER WAY, I LOST MY PLAYER.
