One of My Owners needs A hero!
FOFC:
One of my owners export is consistently falling into the "wrong export stage type". He swears he is on version 5.0d. Any common reason this might be happening and a potential fix / solution? Flasch186

He could be getting a cached version of the download file instead of the new one. Have him clear his cache and see if it goes away. Also make sure he's extracting into the correct directory.
