A poor conclusion to attach this to the afghans in Guantanamo. Everyone, EVERYONE, has the right to defend themselves in our courts, be it military or judicial, according to our constitution. If they are enemy combatants then they are protected by Geneva. If they are terrorists we should put them on trial and send them away. NOT keep them in an island jail unable to communicate with anyone without representation.
