FOF needs the "June 1st deadline"

It'd be cool to have this deadline, whereas you could choose to take a total cap hit in 1 year.
Perhaps it could be placed between the draft and FA part 2?
Just a suggestion.

Then the FA periods would have to be reversed, the 8 week period being first. (That would actually be closer to the real timing, a couple of months, the draft, then a longer period to address the needs not met in the first perion and the draft. After the inital 10 weeks of the 20 week period most of the big FA's are off the board anyway...
