Since I was on hold with MLB.com tech support for two hours without ever getting helped, I'll ask here:

When I log into my All Access account, I get the option for the different games, but when I attempt to click on any of the feeds (archive or live), the MLB media player (tried both Real and WM9) closes along with all browser windows. Either that or I just get the "Welcome to MLB.com" screen with no error message. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

Do you use a browser other than Internet Explorer, some video feeds on other sites aren't working well with Mozilla for example.

When you get the latter, if it's opened in WMP, try going to full screen mode.

Speaking of which - whenever I laod a game, I just get that Welcome screen. I have to go into full screen mode to watch - if I go back to normal size, I lose the video, but get audio.

After another half hour or so, I was able to get through to a tech. She walked me through the basics, and after discovering that yes, I do know how to read the Troubleshooting FAQ, kicked me upstairs. She says I should get a response within 24 hours. We'll see.
