events question

I have a question about events. I know that there are a total of 4 possible events that can happen during a match, but is it possible for the same event to happen twice in those 4.
For instance, can the same technical player take advantage of a head player two or more times in a match. Or can a player have multiple quick event goals?
I would think so, but I cant find any evidence off hand where they have. I am just curious since I am playing some head defenders against some technical strikers in an upcoming match and im trying to figure out the worst case scenario.

i know i've seen the same player have quick events twice...
