darn coach
Fell to poor leadership today (or this is the first I noticed).
Lasted just one season. What a bummer. I'll keep him around for the rest of the season and then replace the chump. How unfortunate.

I hear ya AE. I had been noticing that the TS just wasn't quite holding as well and was looking. Sure enough today, I get the drop to weak.
 He should be good enough for another year or two, but his replacement is something we are going to have to consider.

This is just off the cuff, but it doesn't seem like coach's leadership is lasting much past 1 full season in this new system.
