Ok, this is the followup to my "help me get my team back on track" thread. I've got my plan, and I've located some dead weight. I want to ship these guys out of town while brining in some fresh bodies to replace them.

Can you please tell me :

What price I should start the transfer at?
and
What I can realistically expect to bring in at the end of the sale?
