Multiplayer College Scouting

The USFL (home of my beloved Tampa Bay Bandits) is getting ready to head into it's first offseason, and we are kind of at a loss as to how to scout the upcoming rookies that we are going to import from a simultaneous TCY dynasty. We are planning to do a partial live draft and take it all down on paper before entering it into the game to avoid mistakes.

Our current plan would involve each of us importing the class and taking a look at the resulting rookies. Doing this has a major drawback in that individual owners could simulate into the future and see who becomes a star and who becomes a bust.

So... Do any of you that have gone through this process have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Couldn't you just upload the TCY file into FOF and then create a file just before the draft? That way each owner would be able to see the players without being able to go forward in the game...

The way I'm doing this in my league is importing the TCY draft when FOF asks for it (right at the start of FA). Then on the "Begin Free Agency" export, each coach can "View Draft Preview" to see the list of players and evaluate as they would in single player. And FOF Extractor is a nice help for this...

That's kind of what I was getting at, but much less eloquently...

As Jim pointed at at IHOF, you can always generate an html file and then access the upcoming draft preview. You can then print out your pages if you wish.

It is viewable long before draft time. At stage 1 of FA, in fact.
