PING: People who know the TCY file format

I've got an idea for a TCY utility, but it would require information located in the TCY saved game files. If there's anybody out there who knows how these files are organized, please PM me. I'd like to ask you a few questions.

There was a spreadsheet posted here a while back. Do a forum search.

Sorry, I'm not looking for the draft file format, but the actual saved game file format. Specifically info about recruits.

I used to have much of it, but after a hard drive search couldn't come up with it. Sorry. :/
