FOF Records

I was thinking todayafter I found that my DE Alex Brown had 24.5 sacks this year and 19.5 sacks last year that maybe at FOFC a cool idea would be that someone create a sticky or something and Ultimate Records from previous FOF dynasties we've played could be posted. I think it would be cool to see all the great and unbelievable records people have recieved during their dynasties. I don't know how we would be able to stop cheaters from posting false records, but if anyone is interested in this idea then voice it.

We did that once a long time ago (was it back during the Sideline days?). Problem was, people started setting their gameplans to extreme measures to get a guy a record. We had QBs that had 8,000 yards passing seasons with 70 TDs and running backs that had 500 carries in a season with 3,000 yards.

It didn't take long before the idea was scrapped...

Ah I was never there for the Sideline days. Sad how people need to do that sort of thing.

There was a similar idea a few months ago, and a few people posted some stats (myself included)

lol I think I was the one who single-handedly messed this up 4 years ago with my QB who threw 900 something TD passes. I'm sure if I was a regular everyone would have thought it was extraordinary, but since I was a supposed newbie lots of people took exception to it.

I think I remember who was partially involved in the scratching part. Would it have something to do with some people, or one person, cryotically saying they were reloading the game to improve stats?

Dean Houston? He may only wish he created the controversy around reloading. I'm pretty certain someone else was mysterically unretiring his superstar linebacker year after year.

(Darn it, it was way past midnight and I had to wait for some other IHOF owners to respond on trade negotiations!)
