Championship Manager/Football Manager

Ok I'm at work so my internet browsing is a little limited right now but I was wondering what the difference in Football Manager is compared to Championship Manager. Is Football Manager just the new Championship Manager from SI Games? Or is a somewhat different game? And is it out yet?

When Sports Interactive and Eidos parted ways Eidos got to keep the name (Championship Manager) and we (Sports Interactive) got to keep the code, database etc. So the new game by SI is now called "Football Manager".
However Eidos will continue to make a game called Championship Manager, but as we got the code, database it will be based on new code etc.

Is Football Manager just the new Championship Manager from SI Games?
So to answer your original question.. yes

I will still be interested in seeing both games...

So Chubby, I nominate you to fork over the cash to buy Championship Manager when it comes out (if it does).

It's going to be Winning Eleven vs. FIFA. Meaning no contest.
