Passing training
With my next league match being such that I have to run with a 5-3-2 CA to have any hope of grabbing a much needed point, is it worth it to train passing this week with my regular defenders playing MF/Attack so they get the max passing training? Is passing training comparable to stamina where it goes up maybe a level per person per week or does it take longer like other training regimens? I've never trained passing so I have no idea.

I believe passing training is 4 weeks per pop. I know several Forward and PM trainers that train it in the offseason instead of stamina or Set Pieces.

Passing training also only affect midfielders, wingers and forwards, so if you're playing a 5-3-2, that's probably be the wrong formation to train passing in.
