Which keeper to keep?
I'm training keepers, and I have to decide between the following:
Vasile Niculae (29463505) 17 years, poor form, healthy A controversial person who is balanced and dishonest. Has disastrous experience and poor leadership abilities.
Henry Colbert (31763735) 19 years, passable form, healthy A pleasant guy who is balanced and honest. Has disastrous experience and weak leadership abilities.

Niculae has an advantage due to his youth... Colbert is further along, and is my latest youth pull, so I would have mother club money to think of if I trained him up... Suggestions?

Agreed, the young kid. If you train him all next season he'll be excellent+ as he's only 3 or so weeks from solid as is, maybe less with that form. He might actually hit formidable next season if you've got a decent coach.

I'd really like to get a decent 17 yo pull at some point that I can train up to greatness. The 19 yo is the best pull I've had all season. |

All you really have to do is sell one of them then either buy a 17 yo inad first few weeks or waitr a couple of weeks and buy a 17 yo passable.... you don't NEED to go for a nat team prospect...

I didn't have much fun bidding a few million for a keeper only to get outbid by a guy who sold a couple of divine keepers :P

I'd lean towards Niculae, because of the age. You should train them long enough that Niculae will pass Colbert, especially considering he's probably less than five weeks behind him right now (training-wise).
