Arrow Connect the Dots, NFL Style (group puzzle/game)

The object is to cover all 32 NFL teams, using connections one player at a time.

Post a player who plays (or played) for a team that the previously-posted player also played for. No back to back posts. Current NFL players only - and obviously use only players who have played for more than one team! And once a team is posted, it can no longer be used. This will obviously get trickier toward the end. Be careful who you post!

Example:

Someone posts Jerry Rice, Raiders. Someone could then post Jeff Garcia, 49'ers. Followed by someone on the Browns. etc.

Copy the list below, REMOVING THE THE TEAM FOR WHICH YOU ARE POSTING.

49’ers
Bears
Bengals
Bills
Broncos
Browns
Bucs
Cardinals
Chargers
Chiefs
Colts
Cowboys
Dolphins
Eagles
Falcons
Giants
Jaguars
Jets
Lions
Packers
Panthers
Patriots
Raiders
Rams
Ravens
Redskins
Saints
Seahawks
Steelers
Texans
Titans
Vikings

hearst: arizona (and cincy for a year?)
peerless price: has played for buffalo and atlanta. that one was done backwards basically, but i don't think it's necessarily in violation of the ruyles.

I don't think there's a connection between Hearst and Price. Perhaps meant to put Takeo Spikes? Through him, you get Hearst in Cincinnati for a year.

EDIT: Takeo Spikes in Cincinnati, through which you pick up Price in Buffalo, rather than the other way around. After that I think it goes right....

edit: providing some clarification

I knew he was retired, but thought former players were eligible.

they (the rules) say current only, although I could have sworn it said both earlier. I may have just misread it though (and if i did, so do you... so i feel better either way).

and now we will be forced into an incredibly debateable connection. Boselli didn't techinically play for anyone else, although he did receive some hefty pacychecks.

He played for ... another team as much as Phillip Daniels has played with the Redskins currently.

EDIT: Sorry, Mark Brunell. Although they both work.

Isn't the whole thing screwed anyway since there is no connection between Hearst and Price? Even if you try to go with Spikes is there a connection between Spikes and Dez White?

next time the rules should force us to pick current players who have actually played a regular season game for that team.

\

we just need a current Bengal, former Falcon to stick in there.

Kirt Kittner was on the Bengals roster for about a week recently.
I'm sure there is another, i just can't come up with one.

now we're trapped.

Ricky Williams is no good, since we can't use New Orleans (already used).

My re-write is below.

I realized Boston didn't work (no connection to Horn), so i've revised.

You're botching it, bro. Ricky Williams was posted for the Dolphins, and connected to Joe Horn via the Saints.

Ricky Williams is no good, since we can't use New Orleans (already used).

My re-write is below.

Can't we just use David Boston off of Seau? The rules are beginning to confuse me.

Williams has played for the Dolphins and the Saints.
Seau has played for the Chargers and the Dolphins.
Boston has played for Cardinals and Chargers.

Yes? No?

The problem with Ricky Williams was that he only played for the Dolphins and Saints. So he had no other connections.

Seau (Chargers) connects via the Dolphins.
