Help: My computer keeps locking up.
I don't know why but my pc keeps locking up. I think it is runservices.exe <--- Which i know is elincense.... anyone know how to disable all that stuff so my pc only loads up the anti-virus when it boots up?

What is your OS?
Go to Run -> msconfig.exe -> Startup |

runservices.exe could be a number of things.
