I know there's not many people on because of the holiday weekend, but let's see how this goes.
We're in the first stage of free agency in my multiplayer league. Right now, my team is 4.23 mil under the cap but (due to the draft allocation), my "max for new player" is 450,000. The game is letting me make offers for more than 450,000. Will they automatically be turned down, because I don't have the cap space, or is multiplayer being nice and letting me use all the cap room (even the stuff allocated for draft picks)? Or is it the case that the deal will be considered, but not nullified until the player accepts it, then the game notes that the contract would put the team over the cap (I believe an older version of FOF did this)? Does anyone know what will happen with these offers?

I"m almost positive they will be turned down automatically cause you don't have the room. I wasn't in that position so I can't say for sure but I'm pretty sure.

No, it will let you sign into the rookie money. If you dont pay attention, you may end up having to cut people so that you can sign your rookies.
