Much of the same, but the info on the dynasty mode is nice...

What the hell?!!?

I know it kind of sounds silly, but I think the SI covers was one of the biggest reasons I liked this game last year. It's one of the things that kept me playing NCAA over and over while Madden sat on my shelf. The dynasty just felt more alive than Madden. Especially since they did a great job with it. Some of the cover headlines really impressed me (that they had the game looking that deep for things to show on the cover). It's good to see it didn't get the axe, now where is it for all of the other EA Sports games?

I know that Madden 2005 is getting Newspaper Articles... SI Covers were the shit though. It was emmersion at its best for a console game.

Madden 2005 is also getting 20 hours of Tony Bruno audio interviews.. that will be cool. I really am very excited about both of these games.

Sounds great. Hopefully Ninja Gaiden doesn't make me break my XBox controller by then

That's not silly at all. I wish more games had things such as this. It makes the immersion level that much better, imo of course.

This one's getting pre-ordered tomorrow.

I agree, these are the kinds of things that make me want to keep coming back for more.

This looks like it will be the best game of All-Time, and I'll certainly be renewing XBox Live...which I have failed to do since December.

and accurate conference schedule rotations

If these means that the teams you face each year in your conference games changes from year to year, one of my main gripes has been addressed.

Wait, I didn't see this. I've said all along that if they only released last year's game with this single change, I'd be happy. If this is true, throw me in with the "needs a Kleenex" crowd.

This does sound like it will be a great game. The accurate conference scheduling sounds good to me too. I thought the recruiting in this year's game was very well done, and they say they have made that much deeper. It all sounds great. The only thing I would like that they didn't mention is in-game saves. Even without this it sounds like the last part of my summer will be spent almost entirely with this game.

Oh, darn. In-game saves. Yes, that would make it much more fun for me, but I still agree with all the positive comments here. A little over a month to go!
